Kerf compensation should always be applied inside your CNC machine's CAM or nesting controller (such as CypCut, Trumpf TruTops, or SheetCAM) according to your specific nozzle diameter, beam kerf width, assist gas, and material thickness.
Yes! You have a perpetual, royalty-free commercial fabrication license. You can cut, powder-coat, and sell physical screens, architectural panels, gates, railings, and signs to clients without attribution. Only the redistribution or resale of the digital vector file itself is prohibited.
