Our DXF files use standard R12/AutoCAD ASCII polylines compatible with AutoCAD, Autodesk Fusion 360, ArtCAM, SolidWorks, Rhino, LibreCAD, Inkscape, Illustrator, CorelDraw, and all major CNC CAM nesting engines including CypCut, LightBurn, SheetCAM, ProNest, and Vectric Aspire.
Yes. Every path is formed from clean closed polylines without stray open segments, zero-length entities, self-intersecting loops, or duplicate overlapping lines. Bridge widths and apertures have been verified to exceed minimum thermal tolerance thresholds.
You can scale the DXF proportionally in any CAD or CAM tool. If you need non-uniform scaling or want to adjust panel width and height while keeping aperture size and bridge widths constant, our parametric configurator can regenerate the DXF to your exact millimeter dimensions.
No. The DXF represents true nominal design geometry (centerline/finished part contour). Kerf compensation should always be applied inside your CNC machine's CAM or nesting controller (such as CypCut, Trumpf TruTops, or SheetCAM) according to your specific nozzle diameter, beam kerf width, assist gas, and material thickness.
Yes! You have a perpetual, royalty-free commercial fabrication license. You can cut, powder-coat, and sell physical screens, architectural panels, gates, railings, and signs to clients without attribution. Only the redistribution or resale of the digital vector file itself is prohibited.
