An active station is one that priced at least one job in the billing month. A machine that stood idle, was down for service, or was only ever a draft costs you nothing.
No. There is no commission on orders, no cut of material or cutting revenue, and no fee tied to what you charge your customers.
Order allowances are soft. Go over and we get in touch before anything changes — a busy December does not trigger an automatic upgrade.
Yes. Upgrades take effect the same day and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Bench and Floor plans include self-serve onboarding. Plant includes guided setup, and Custom plans include dedicated onboarding and setup assistance.
Prices exclude VAT. Accounts can be billed in EUR or USD with distinct pricing matching our tier schedule. Yearly billing gives you two months free (ten months for twelve).
Yes. API access and SSO are available on our Custom plan to connect Feinerfab directly with your ERP, accounting, and internal systems.
Yes! We offer a free trial of 90 days or 20 orders for all plans (whatever comes first) with full functionality and every feature switched on. No card required upfront.
